Uncle J's Manifesto

So another guest returned to the show this week. John Healey - also known as Uncle J decided to make this show very unpolitically incorrect and even forced Geoff to bring out the bleep button a few times during the show. Unfortunately other than those few seconds the rest of the show returned to it's boring standard.

Good news for those of you who like Uncle J - apparently he's setting up his own website which will describe the rise (and some would say fall) of John from his 17th birthday until now. He's also going to include a manifesto. Other than that the contents of the web page is a bit fuzzy - and won't be available for another couple of months. Oh darn. I don't think I can wait that long. Golly, what will I do.

John - and this was pretty sad - also wanted to discuss why beer is not as enjoyable the older you get. He went so far as to put down the beer he was drinking, and take a root beer from Colin's fridge. How old is this guy? Geoff disagreed with John and Colin just had pity for him.

Geoff felt it was important to discuss the reduction in the number of pirate attacks this year. Colin was disappointed there weren't stats dating back to the 1800s. Aren't we all.

There was also the discovery of Krytonite in Serbia, China's attempt to make it rain just before the 2008 Summer Olympics and trivia - which dealt with the BBQ - timely since all Canadians (well in Southern Ontario at least) pulled out their BBQ this past weekend thanks to the good weather.
