Format... or Format

Branko was back in the studio today. I use the term "studio" loosely. I think I could use the word "entertainment" loosely with this podcast as well. The best news of the night was that Geoff had no topics to put in the hat. The worst news of the night was that both Colin and Branko did have topics to put in the hat.

Colin put in a topic that claimed he was a trendsetter - that he was the inspiration for Facebook. They started looking online at Facebook profiles (which makes for really good radio) and realised that the Chat in the Hat fanclub on Facebook had received an influx of new members over the past few days - from 30 to almost 100. They think this has something to do with the quality of their podcast.

Branko has a real issue with the format of the show. He wants Geoff and Colin to move to video. They explained that they had heard this comment before and that a change in format wasn't going to happen. I breath a sigh of relief.

The trivia was in honour of the Toronto Blue Jays home opener the day before. Both Branko and Geoff hate baseball. So the trivia was a lot of fun.
