No Shoes, No Hat...

The most exciting moment of this show - of any of the last 23 shows - occured near the end of the taping. There was a power outage. It was only for a few seconds, but I thought it might be enough. Enough to wipe this episode out completely and save all of you from having to listen. I was only dreaming though - it wasn't enough to even pause the recording while they reset.

Geoff Ramey and John Healey chatting on a very serious topic on Chat in the Hat. Topics: Atheltic Scholarships, Harry Potter, Drunken bar stories, steroids and BALCO.The newest guest of Chat in the Hat - John - was spectacular. Actually I'm not too sure how he was. As per usual I fell asleep at some point during Colin's recap of the week - which went on for about half the show. He was either meeting girls at bars, or driving random women home, or talking about a friend who lost his shoes and hat during a night out.

I woke up every once in a while - when John started to talk about Canadian Universities not giving scholarships to athletes, I fell asleep again. I woke up a while later when Colin was talking about steroids and BALCO - and I feel asleep again. I slept through the talk about Canada's involvement in the G8 - but I'm sure if I was awake at the start of THAT topic it would have kept me awake. Colin then talked about people getting kicked out of bars, and finally Geoff ended the show by chatting about Harry Potter - which I'm sure is what everyone wants to hear.

What I want to hear? A phone call saying this show has been cancelled.
