Two microphones - one duck taped to a piece of metal. No hat. No theme song. No real idea of what they were going to do.

And beer.

I'm there for the beer. They've asked me to sit in and watch the conversation. Document on this web site my opinions of their greatness.Colin Robey and Geoff Ramey drinking many beers during an episode of Chat In The Hat. The Olympics, crazy cats, weird ant facts, the Simpsons and Academy Awards.

Not much to document about the first episode - I think I nodded off after the first fifteen minutes of introductions. I doubt either of them has been "teached" anything about podcast broadcasting.

The headphones kept falling off of Colin's head. That kept me entertained for a while. Geoff getting drunk off of two beers was also amusing.

The topics pulled out of the phantom hat included some incident with a cat, the olympics (because that topic hasn't been done to death), the cultural importance of the Simpsons, and interesting facts about ants.

I'm hoping the second episode will show some improvement.
