Colin Robey

The moment in Colin's life when everything seemed to make sense was the first day of kindergarten. He got off at the wrong bus stop and walked for two hours to his home - sending his mother into a minor meltdown.

When he arrived at his doorstep, exhausted, he couldn't remember how he got there. He only remembered that it had been so quiet.

Then he realised.

Colin was never going to allow it to be silent again.

Now, living alone in his condo in Burlington, he makes sure that there is always noise in the background - a television, the radio, and sometimes for a change of pace, the blender.

That's why it made so much sense when his college friend Geoff suggested they create a podcast together. With enough episodes, whenever it became too quiet - he could listen to himself...

Geoff Ramey

Geoff knew at an early age that he was destined to be heard by millions. With a dreamy voice but not a whole lot of intelligence, he was forced to bypass the regular get a job as a janitor in a radio station route, and try things out on his own.

He began to DJ at various events throughout Ontario - but it wasn't enough - he needed more people to listen to him talk, and talk, and talk. He purchased equipment and "teached" himself what button to press, and how not to say "umm" after every sentence.

Along the way he married and had a child - but in the back of his mind he still heard that voice, that voice that he wanted other people to hear.

Finally - technology caught up to his dream. Now he only needed a partner. And maybe an idea. He remembered this funny looking kid from College, maybe he'd know someone he could partner with...
