Nelson Antunes

Nelson is an accountant. Nelson knew there was more to life than crunching numbers, but he couldn't figure out what that might be.

At one point Nelson thought that the answers to his questions could be found in Buffalo. He never found what he was looking for in Buffalo but did end up causing hotel damage and infuriating the police by running away from them when they asked to speak with him. "Crunch this," he told them.

One day, frustrated that he was once again starring at numbers on a Sunday, put on Chat In The Hat in the background. As he listened, he realised - this was what life was about. The answers he seeked were on a weekly podcast. He knew then that he had to be a part of the chat.

Sometimes life gives you an opportunity - and when that opportunity comes up - you must take advantage. The hosts for the podcast e-mailed Nelson one afternoon - told him there had been a cancellation and could he join the cast for an evening. Nelson never looked back. His life now had meaning.
