Jaclyn - also known as 12-Pack Jack (reason unknown) never understood how important it was to have her voice heard until she accidentally stumbled across Chat in the Hat.

Before that fateful night - she didn't even know what a "podcast" was.

Jaclyn travelled Australia for 6 months trying to find herself - trying to find a way to express her inner voice. Desolate - she returned to her job at Boston Pizza unconsolable.

One day her friend Lisa tricked her into coming on the show. And one hour later - she realised that she had finally found what she had searched Australia for. An outlet for her voice. And that opportunity came in her home country of Canada.

Jaclyn realised that she didn't have to travel half way across to world to find what she was looking for. Sometimes the greatest life altering events are in your own backyard.
